BAR Properties, Triple Crown Corporation, and Weathervane Capital Partners acquired Fruitland Plaza, a 93,575 SF grocery-anchored retail center, in the Summer of 2021. It is located on the Southwest corner of U.S. Route 13 and Clyde Avenue in rapidly expanding Fruitland, MD., 1 mile South of Salisbury, MD. Fruitland Plaza is anchored by the 39,000 SF Food Lion.
