Triple BAR Group, along with J.C. BAR Properties, Triple Crown Corporation, and Weathervane Capital Partners acquired White Oak Village in 2024.

White Oak Village, the primary regional shopping center destination in Richmond’s East End submarket, anchored by Publix grocery store. The 397,605 SF center is 94% leased to a mix of complementary anchors (Burlington, Michaels, PetSmart, JC Penney), shadow outparcels (Chickfil-A, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Cracker Barrel) and shadow anchors (Lowe’s, Target), which successfully draw customers to this location and have an established track record of serving the community.
